I'm Princess Rio Bondad. I started out in BPO doing customer service, where I learned to handle pressure and actually get things done. From there I moved into EA and ops, running inboxes, CRMs, and the back-end systems that keep businesses of all kinds running. Web design I picked up on my own, just because it pulled me in. I love figuring out how things work, and building something from nothing makes me happy. It turned into work I genuinely love, and getting paid to do it is the best part.

Nine years in, I'm based in the Philippines and I work remotely with clients across the US, UK, AU, NZ and CA.

I have 5 dogs. They are loud, chaotic, and very needy - basically the best training for managing anything. I also have 14 tattoos. Every single one was planned, deliberate, and permanent. That's exactly how I approach every website I build.
